Learning Strategy

To develop impactful learning experiences, we need to put the learner at the heart of course design. Our learning strategy consultants will help you clarify training goals, map out learner needs, and design outcome-driven education strategies that work in practice.

Why Do You Need A Learning Strategy?

Delivering effective training isn’t just about content, it’s about clarity, structure, and impact. A well-defined learning strategy helps align your training goals with learner needs, ensuring every course is purposeful and learner experience is optimised.

Our Toolbox

We have a toolbox of approaches that we use to analyse your training needs, desired audience, and existing content. These tools help us deliver outcome-driven training solutions that are based on insights, not guess work.

  • An assessment of the gap between the current and desired learner experience to establish clear goals and outcomes.

  • Identification of the core demographics, behaviours, and attitudes of your target audience to inform course structure and design choices.

  • A thorough assessment of your organisations current learning content to identify where assets need to be adapted to improve learning outcomes.

  • Analysing the journey learners will take through your current and desired learning offering to identify pain points and find solutions.

Our Process

Our instructional design process is grounded in the ADDIE methodology, a widely-used, systematic framework that guides the development of effective learning experiences. This process helps ensure that learning materials are aligned with learner needs and achieve specific outcomes.

Analyse

We start by conducting analysis into the learning needs of your audience to establish how to optimise learner experience. This could be through learner profiling, education gap assessments, or needs analysis.

Design

We then look to translate the analysis undertaken into more detailed learning designs; mapping the curriculum, outlining the content, and choosing the media types that best suit the learner’s needs.

Develop

Development is where we start bringing the e-learning courses to life. Content is created or enhanced to both reflect your brand, and ensure the learning experience is maximised.

Implement

Once your content is developed, we then support you in putting it into action. This could be integrating it into an existing LMS, or hosting securely on your behalf.

Evaluation

Finally, we will work with you to assess the effectiveness of the e-learning and gather feedback to identify improvements to the learning experience.
